PRAY. FAST. WAIT. TRAIN. T-SHIRT

Four disciplines. One purpose. Faith in every step.

Strength isn't built in the gym alone. It begins with faith, grows through patience and develops through discipline.

The Pray. Fast. Wait. Train. T-Shirt by WRESTOLD GYM represents four powerful principles for a life rooted in Christ.

PRAY. Seek God's guidance before every decision.

FAST. Strengthen your spirit through sacrifice and self-control.

WAIT. Trust God's timing, even when progress feels slow.

TRAIN. Stay disciplined, remain consistent and keep growing.

Featuring bold statement typography and scripture-inspired details, this T-shirt combines Christian faith with modern gymwear and streetwear style.
